백석 시 연구-과거지향의 시간의식을 중심으로

Abstract

Baek-Suk was a poet who tried very hard to complete the national language which is a symbol of national sentiments and soul in the times of the loss of right. This effort for the completion of the national language contributed to ensure the national consentience and identity. Especially, shaping of narrative style made him unchallenged in the late 1930s. After all, the poem of Baek-Suk presented original forms and typicality of traditional Korean's lives. This study focuses on time sense of his poems to see the meaning of his various ways. Time in the literature and matter of existence are inseparably related. Time is the basically act to recognize the object. This study concentrates on his return of the subjective time sense, doubt and refusal to present, romantic consciousness, return from the past to the present and materialization of consolation.
