Abstract

This paper is to study a structure of Symbol in the short story of Lee Je Ha. As the result of this a dissertation Lee Je Ha' short story ; <A traveler never takes a rest even on the way>, there tree phases of analysis. First it is that fantastic Realism in the Lee Je Ha' short story aims at the emotion of Han as the Korean traditional way. Second, As technique, Fantasy is to find out Groping of Integration between the self-consciousness and the universe so that it was considering how to settle the matter. And last Fantasy is a third technique as a structure of Symbol, that means on the same principle as an Integration, it makes structure of Lee Je Ha' short story Finally Lee Je Ha' short story ; <A traveler never takes a rest even on the way> is a work of esthetic value through a third technique as a structure of symbol so to speak a Fantasy.
