아동의 그릿과 학습태도, 학업스트레스, 전반적 행복감 간의 관계구조 연구

초록

본 연구의 목적은 그릿과 학업스트레스, 학습태도, 전반적 행복감 간 관계구조를 확인하는것이다. 대상은 한국아동패널연구(2020)의 1,205명 아동이다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 8문항의 그릿은 신뢰도와 요인분석 결과, 6문항으로 축소되었고 2요인이 타당했다. 둘째, 연구변인 간은 약 -.43~.47의 상관 범위이었다. 셋째, 흥미유지는 학업스트레스에 부적 영향, 학습태도에 긍정 영향을 주었다. 노력지속은 학습태도에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 학업스트레스는전반적 행복감에 부적 영향이었으나 학습태도는 긍정 영향이었다. 흥미유지는 전반적 행복감에 대하여 영향을 주지 못했지만 노력지속은 긍정적 변인이었다. 넷째, 흥미유지는 전반적 행복감에 직접효과는 없었고 학업스트레스와 학습태도를 통한 간접효과가 있었다. 노력지속은전반적 행복감에 대한 직접효과가 있고 학습태도를 통한 간접효과가 있었다. 본 연구 결과를바탕으로 학교교육에 그릿 속성의 반영과 동료학습의 중요성을 논의했다.

Abstract

This study identified the relationship between grit, academic stress, learningattitudes, and happiness. The target population comprised 1,205 children fromthe Korean Children's Panel Study (2020). The results are as follows: First, thegrit scale of the eight questions was reduced to six due to reliability andfactor analysis, and the other two factors were reasonable. Second, thecorrelation range between the research variables was approximately -.43~.47. Third, consistency of interest negatively affects academic stress and a positiveeffect on learning attitudes. The Perseverance of effort positively affectslearning attitudes. Academic stress negatively affects overall happiness, whereaslearning attitude has a positive effect on it. Consistency of interest does notaffect overall happiness, but perseverance does. Fourth, consistent interest doesnot directly affect overall happiness; but indirectly affects it through academicstress and learning attitude. Perseverance of effort directly affects overallhappiness and indirectly affects learning attitudes. Based on the results, the reflections on grit attributes in school educationand the importance of peer learning were discussed.
