In the SNS era, as the infinite reproduction and reproduction of information through the Internet becomes possible, there is a growing concern about infringement of personal privacy. According to this tendency, the importance of personal information self-determination (so-called information privacy right), which is one of the right of privacy, is emphasized. In Korea, the protection of personal information is regulated by legislation such as the "Personal Information Protection Act", but the personal information protection law and individual privacy protection laws have overlapping or contradictory rules. Therefore, in order to apply the legislation related to personal information protection to the realities of the SNS era, Korea should continue to take comprehensive legislative measures and lead a realistic privacy policy. And the establishment and operation of an integrated organization to oversee the operation of the project. (1) supervision and investigation authority, (2) corrective command, (3) rescue function and dispute adjustment authority, (4) And (5) a comprehensive policy making function and the right to enact the rules.
