This study is the North Korean discourse on youth culture adaptation narrative analysis. To this end, the concept of youth culture and characteristics, types, sub-characteristics of youth culture, cultural adaptation was to review the contents of the theoretical discourse as. The 7 January to 2 February through snowball sampling method a total of 20 people aged 17-24in-depth interviews with North Korean defectors were teenagers. North Korean youth cultural adaptation of research results in peer relationships that serves as the gateway was found that the role of teacher or mentor found that this was very important. And the future of youth acculturation on North Korean defectors simple manual production and dissemination, training on the different cultures of the two Koreas, confidence improved consultation and the need for the implementation of the developmental program proposal presented. This study adapted the North Korean youth culture by analyzing the discourse on the future of society as a South Korean live together in society,they need you to do to support policy and service information on the one side explore the significance of the study will be. North Korean youth also came in adaptation to adapt to society or future generations defectors adapt to people who wants to hear a discourse by looking empirically explicit reconciliation to move on to the future development of our society in the direction that provides the basic data that the significance of the study.
