Ecological community has become one of alternative solutions for the present globalization since 1999 when the alter-globalization movement began in Seattle. Theory of ecological community raises fundamental questions about the society in which symbiosis between human and nature is severed. Various principles of ecological community meaningfully provide sustainable policies and rationale to resolve problems of the present society. However, these principles can be realized by scientifically analyzing the present system. Any attempt to realize ecological community tends to be not resistance but a kind of refuge from the present system. Quantitative expansion and development of ecological community largely depend on political and social situations. In other words, there has been a tendency that the movement of ecological community coexists with the present system.
