일반고 진로진학상담교사의 역량지표 개발

본 연구는 연구자가 전에 수행한 ‘진로진학상담교사의 역량모형 개발’의 후속 연구로서 진로진학상담교사 제도의 안정적인 정착과 지속 가능성을 제고하기 위해 일반고 진로진학상담교사의 역량지표 개발을 통해 추후 진로진학상담교사의 선발, (재)교육, 평가에 활용하고자 하는 목적을 갖고 실시했다. 이를 위해 연구자가 이미 개발한 12개 역량을 바탕으로 다음과 같은 3단계를 통해 연구를 수행했다. 첫째, 면접, 개방형 설문을 통해 도출된 198개의 역량지표를 진로진학상담교사 협의회를 거쳐 167개의 예비항목을 도출했다. 둘째, 도출한 역량지표 예비항목을 델파이 1차 검토를 거쳐 진로진학상담교사의 99개의 역량지표를 개발했다. 셋째, 최종적으로 델파이 2차 검토를 거쳐 진로진학상담교사의 69개의 역량지표를 개발했다. 본 연구의 구체적인 연구 결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 일반고 진로진학상담교사의 역량지표의 도출함에 있어 2차에 걸친 델파이 조사결과, 타당성 모두 평균 3.5(4점 척도)이었으며, CVI값 평균도 0.93으로 나타나 타당성이 확보되었다고 판단할 수 있다. 둘째, 각 역량별 행동지표로 상담역량 6개, 검사역량 4개, 프로그램 기획역량 8개, 지도역량 7개, 프로그램 운영역량 6개, 행정업무 처리역량 5개, 네트워크 역량 9개, 강의역량 4개, 정보처리역량 7개, 개인관리역량 5개, 평생학습 역량 4개, 커뮤니케이션 역량 4개의 총 69개 행동지표가 개발되었다.
Abstract
This study is a follow-up study of the “The development of competence model of Career Education & Guidance Counseling teacher” that the researcher has conducted previously. In order to enhance the stable settlement and sustainability of career counseling teacher system, (Re) education and evaluation of the higher education counselor. Based on the 12 competencies already developed by the researchers, the research was conducted through the following three steps. First, the interview was obtained 167 pre-entry capacity for 198 indicators derived through an open questionnaire through career counseling Teacher Association. Second, a preliminary review of items obtained through the primary Delphi has developed a capacity of 99 indicators of career counseling teachers. Third, and finally it developed a capacity of 69 indicators of career counseling teachers through the secondary review of Delphi. Specific findings of this study are as follows: First, in the following Career Pathways counselor was derived indicators of the ability of the second Delphi survey, feasibility both average 3.5, CVI also shows the average value of 0.93 can be judged by the feasibility secured. Second, each competency to specific behavioral indicators counseling competence six, four inspection capability, eight program planning capabilities, and 7 maps capability, six programs competence, administrative processing capabilities 5, 9 network capabilities, teaching competencies 4 more, information processing capacity 7, personal management capabilities 5, 4 life-long learning skills, communication skills 4 total 69 behavioral indicators have been developed.
