A Comparative Study on Bond Insurance and Liability Insurance

Abstract
Either bond insurance or liability insurance is insurance against loss and therefore there is some common ground on remedying the assured. Nevertheless, there are some differences between bond insurance and liability insurance in the nature, requirements and legal effects of the contract. Among those differences the most significant one is that bond insurance is for other’s interests, while liability insurance places stress on its function of protecting the victim.
