Linguistic politeness is a immanent element of all of the language and culture range even though it is expressed with variable forms. It is influenced by characteristic language structure and element of one culture which is interacted with Power element such as age, gender, social status and Solidarity element such as different degrees of intimacy/distance and the formality of situation(Ho-min Sohn 1999: 408). It is as generally said, spanish language provides forms of formal and nonformal address - usted y tú. This work statistically analyzes spanish pronoun address system and influential linguistic variables based on contemporary spanish conversation corpus data. The methodology of one research turns on a purpose and a subject of the study. Corpus linguistics belongs to one field of application linguistics. It researches a linguistic phenomenon inductively, employing massive 'real context' or the sample of real context(Ja Young Shin, 2010: 56). Thus it is differentiated among other methodology such as generative linguistics.
