초록

Local and temporary temperature changes are likely to be influenced by changes in land surface cover around the weather station. This study analyzed the relationship between rapid changes in the daily maximum temperatures, the number of heatwave, and the number of tropical nights and the change in land surface cover around weather stations of 6 sites in Yeongnam region. In Miryang and Hapcheon, extreme high temperatures have increased since the construction of buildings and roads around the station. The timing of the rapid increase in extreme high temperature occurrence and building and road construction around the station coincide with the 2017, 2021 in Miryang, 2016, 2021 in Hapcheon, 2006, 2014-2016 in Uiseong, 1994-1997, 2013-2014, 2020-2023 in Daegu, 1998-2002 in Uljin, and 2013 in Ulsan. Therefore, the rapid increase in temperature that occurred only at a specific time in a specific area is likely to be affected by changes in land surface cover such as building and road construction.
