초‧중 통합운영학교에서 학교급간 교원들의 갈등문제와 해결방안 연구

Abstract

The object of this study is to furnish data that be of help to better manage consolidated school by finding the conflicts' cause with teachers in a combined elementary and middle school and suggesting a method of resolving conflicts realize in the field of school. An interview is research methods for accomplishing this object of this study. Considering the conflicts' cause and resolving conflicts in a combined elementary and middle school ; first of all, there has been conflict among teachers with location of dissimilar school grade's principal. For resolving these conflicts, suited vice principal in each school grade is located. The second, for resolving conflicts with duty-assigned teachers in dissimilar separate school grades, they have to be provided exceptions to rule unlike duty-assigned teacher‘s allocation standard of general school. Then they have to ease a work burden by increasing duty-assigned teachers. The third, there should be a system to offer incentives about adding promotion's score for teachers having a class in all school grades or to locate teachers obtaining a teacher's license for elementary and secondary schools. This system is to resolve conflicts for difference of operating classes and ambiguity of the role-boundary. The forth, the conflicts by staffs of each other school grades fail to understand each task characteristics or maintain a close relationship have to be resolve by having community-mind of education from being members of club.
