· 연구 주제: 본 연구는 진로탐색학점제 참여 학생의 진로결정 자기효능감 변화를 분석한다. · 연구 배경: 대학 졸업생의 취업률 저하, 전공-직업 간 미스매치, 취업 준비를 위한 사교육 지출 비용의 증가와 같은 사회적 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 대학생의 진로교육이 적극적으로 실시될 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 학생들의 자기주도적 진로관련 활동을 설계·수행 할 수 있도록 지원해주는 진로탐색학점제의 교육효과를 분석하고 중요성을 논의한다. · 선행연구와의 차이점: 현재 진로탐색학점제의 교육 효과를 분석하는 논문이 전무한 상황이며, 이를 실증적으로 규명하였다는 점에서 선행연구와 차별성을 갖는다. · 연구방법: 진로탐색학점제에 참여한 학생들을 대상으로 동일집단 t-검정을 실시하여, 참여 전과 후의 진로결정 자기효능감을 분석하였다. · 연구결과: 진로탐색학점제 참여 학생의 진로결정 자기효능감의 긍정적인 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학과 제시형은 진로계획, 학생 설계형은 자기평가 요인이 가장 큰 변화를 보였다. · 공헌점 및 기대효과: 본 연구는 진로탐색학점제가 학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감을 증진시킬 수 있다는 점을 실증적으로 규명하다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 충청북도 소재 A대학에서 실시하고 있는 진로탐색학점제의 운영방안을 소개함으로써 향후 진로탐색학점제를 운영하고자 하는 대학들에게 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
· Research topics: This study analyzes the change in career decision-making self-efficacy of students participating in the career exploration credit system. · Research background: Career education for university students needs to be actively conducted to solve social problems such as a decrease in the employment rate of university graduates, a mismatch between majors and occupations, and an increase in private education expenditure to prepare for employment. Therefore, this study analyzes the educational effect of the career exploration credit system that supports students to design and perform self-directed career-related activities and discusses the importance. · Differences from prior research: Currently, there are no studies analyzing the educational effect of the career exploration credit system, and it is differentiated from previous studies in that it has been empirically identified. · Research method: The paired group t-test was conducted on students who participated in the career exploration credit system, and the self-efficacy of career decision before and after participation was analyzed. · Research results: It was found that there was a positive change in career decision-making self-efficacy of students participating in the career exploration credit system. Career planning for the department presentation type, and self-appraisal factors for the student design type showed the biggest change. · Contribution points and expected effects: This study is meaningful in that it empirically identifies that the career exploration credit system can improve students' decision-making self-efficacy. In addition, by introducing the operation plan of the career exploration credit system implemented by A University in Chungcheongbuk-do, it is expected to help universities who want to operate the career exploration credit system in the future.
