한국과 러시아 국민의 양국 경제 관계에 대한 인식: 설문 조사 결과를 중심으로

이 논문은 한국과 러시아에서 2016~2018년 3년간 진행한 설문 조사 결과에 기초하여 한국과 러시아 국민이 양국의 경제 관계를 어떻게 인식하는지 분석하였다. 이를 위해 인구사회학적 요소들, 상대국 문화에 대한 인식들, 상대국과의 국가 협력에 대한 인식들을 함께 교차분석하였고, 이를 통해 한국과 러시아 국민의 양국 경제 관계에 대한 인식을 다각적으로 밝혔다. 우선 상대국 문화와 양국 국가 관계 및 경제 협력에 대한 한국과 러시아 국민의 인식은 전체적으로 긍정적이라고 할 수 있다. 하지만 상대 국민에 대한 호감도가 중립적이고, 양국 경제 관계 성격을 잘 모르겠으며, 상대국에 대해 별 관심이 없거나 상대국 문화에 흥미가 없다는 비율도 아주 낮지는 않다. 전체적으로 상대국 문화와 양국 관계에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 지닌 집단들이 양국 경제 관계를 협력적으로 보고 있다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 동시에 러시아 국민 중에서 한국 문화와 양국 관계에 대해 부정적으로 인식하거나 잘 모르는 일부 집단들도 한국과의 경제 관계를 협력적으로 보고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 따라서 러시아 국민은 한국 국민보다 양국 경제 관계를 더 긍정적으로 보고 있음을 알 수 있다.
Abstract
This paper analyzes how the Korean and Russian citizens perceive the economic relationship between the two countries based on the results of a survey conducted in Korea and Russia for the three years 2016-2018. To this end, demographic factors, perceptions of the culture of the partner country, and perceptions of national cooperation with the partner country were cross-analyzed together, and through this, the perceptions of the Korean and Russian people’s economic relations between the two countries were revealed in various ways. First of all, it can be said that the Korean and Russian people’s perceptions of the culture of the other country, relations between the two countries, and economic cooperation are generally positive. However, there is no very low percentage that the likelihood of the other people is neutral, the nature of the economic relationship between the two countries is not well understood, and there is little interest in the other country or the culture of the other country. Overall, it was confirmed that groups with positive perceptions about the culture of the other country and the relationship between the two countries are cooperatively looking at the economic relationship between the two countries. At the same time, it was revealed that some groups of Russian citizens who perceived negatively or did not know much about Korean culture and relations between the two countries also viewed economic relations with Korea cooperatively.
