한국 청년창업의 현실에 기초한 창업교육 교과과정 개발 연구

한국 대학교의 창업교육은 급속도로 확대되고 있지만 청년창업은 많은 문제점을 보여주고 있다. 창업교육과 관련하여 많은 연구가 진행되고 있지만 취약한 청년창업의 현실을 반영하는 연구는 부족하다. 본 연구는 한국의 취약한 청년창업의 현실에 기초한 창업교육 교과과정과 방법론을 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 창업교육 수강생과 실제 창업한 기업가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 기본역량, 직무역량, 창업실습 등으로 구성되는 창업교육 교과과정의 필요성을 시사하였다. 실제 창업한 기업가가 제안하는 창업교육 내용은 한국 대학교에서 일반적으로 진행되고 있는 창업강좌 내용과 차이가 있었다. 기본역량 교육 중에서 창업동기와 기업가정신 함양이 가장 중요한 항목으로 제시되었다. 팀 협동학습을 통해 소통 역량을 함양시키는 것의 중요함도 확인되었다. 이와 같은 목표를 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 실제 창업한 기업가룰 창업강좌 운영에 참여시키는 것도 강조되었다. 직무 역량을 위해 청년 창업의 현실에 기초하여 대학생이 실제로 수행할 수 있고 실행해야하는 내용으로 구성할 것을 제안하였다.
Abstract
Even though the entrrepreneurship education of university has extended, the status of young startup has provided a variety of problems in Korea. There is a lack of research on entrepreneurship education by reflecting the tough situation of youg startup in Korea. The study aims at developing the curriculum and methodology for entrrepreneurship education based on the tough situations of young startup in Korea. This study surveys the entrepreneurs and the students who took the entrepreneurship classes. The result of study shows the positive response to the curricumlum which consists of educating basic capabilities, business capabilities, and startup practice. The suggestions of entrepreneurs for effective entrepreneurship enducation are different from the curriculum and methodology of current entrepreneurship enducation. The result suggests that the purpose of educating basic capabilities focuses on improving motivation for starup and developing entrepreneurship. The inclusion of entrepreneur in entrepreneurship class is effective for achieving the goal of educating basic capabilities. The result suggests that the classes of educationg business capabilities consist of enducation contents which the students are able to perform.
