김수행의 『자본주의경제의 위기와 공황』(김수행, 2006)은 신자유주의적 세계화나한국 경제위기 등에 이르는 문제까지 포함하여, 한국 마르크스 경제학계의 이십여년에 걸친 이론적 성과를 일정 정도 정리한 것이라고 평가할 수 있다. 그러나 경제위기와 공황의 이론적 구별, 이윤율 저하 경향의 법칙을 추상적 경향으로서만 이해하는 것이 바람직한가, 자본주의 체제의 대안으로서의 ‘새로운 사회’ 의 구체적인 상은 무엇인가 하는 점은 여전히 추구되어야 할 과제로 남아 있다.
Abstract
Soo Haeng Kim's Crisis and Crash in the Capitalist Economy is a result of twenty-year-long theoretical studies of Marxian economics in Korea. In particular, analyses on the neoliberal globalization and Korean economic crisis should be highly estimated. It has, however, still unsolved problems with regard to the theoretical distinction between crisis and crash, tendency of the rate of profit to fall as abstract (not, real) tendency and a concrete plan for 'new society' as an alternative for capitalism.
