Abstract

秋淵(Chu yeon) 權龍鉉(Gwon yong hyeon, 1899-1987) was a Confucian scholar who inherited the school line from 尤庵(U am) 宋時烈(Song si yeol, 1607-1689) to 艮齋(Gan jae) 田愚(Jeon u, 1841-1922) and taught to learn from Yuhari, Chogye-myeon, Hapcheon-gun. Chu yeon created a number of life story history works, and if you look at the collection of writings, it has about 300 poems, while the title of Myogalmyeong deals with 470. This means that Chu yeon's interests are biased toward characters, and that there is a clear intention to convey through human actions. In this paper, the approximate characteristics and trends were examined, focusing on the people who hid in the region without taking a government post. The focus was on considering the direction of Chu yeon throughout the life of a person who did not hold a government post and examining the perspective of Chu yeon to judge the person.
