본 논문에서는 지상파 DMB 서비스를 위하여 지상파 DTV용 ACAP 콘텐츠를 BIFS 콘텐츠로 변환하는 기술에 대하여 제안한다. 제안한 기술은 기본적으로 지상파 DTV와 지상파 DMB의 방송환경이 서로 상이하기 때문에 발생하는 환경적인 차이점을 반영하며, 지상파 DTV용 ACAP 애플리케이션 분석, 공통 콘텐츠 변환, 데이터 방송 템플릿 활용 기법을 포함한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 변환기술은 향후 지상파 DTV용 프로그램을 지상파 DMB 방송으로 재전송 할 때, 콘텐츠 변환을 위한 처리모듈 개발에 사용될 수 있다.
Abstract
In this paper, we propose the format transform technology of DTV’s ACAP application into BIFS contents for DMB service. Basically, the proposed method is designed to consider the environmental differences between DTV and DMB. Our work includes the analysis of structures and characteristics of DTV’s ACAP application, the transform of ACAP contents into BIFS contents, and the use of display templates adequate to DTV environments. The technology, suggested in this paper, can be used in the development of transform module whose purpose is to retransmit the terrestrial DTV contents in DMB broadcasting services.
