LMCS (Local Multipoint Communications Systems) network architectures for Internet access are designed based on the Korean government frequency allocation notice [1]. The parameters of frame structures, modulation and demodulation methods, and MAC protocol are designed according to DAVIC specification [2], and the protocol structures for Internet access are designed using inter-networking protocols between IP and ATM.
