디지털 가전기기와 홈 네트워크로 구성된 디지털 홈 환경에서 홈 오토메이션 서비스, 홈 씨어터 서비스, 인터넷 서 비스와 같은 디지털 홈 서비스의 보급이 현실화되고 있다. 현재의 디지털 홈을 구축하기 위한 요소 기술 및 서비스 프 레임워크들은 미들웨어간의 표준 연동 모델 부재, 서비스 개발환경의 부재, 디지털 홈 서비스 관리 모델 부재 등의 문 제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해서 디바이스 대 디바이스 변환 기능을 제공하는 디 바이스 공동 브릿지, 홈 네트워크 구성관리를 위한 다양한 관리자 모듈, 표준화된 가상 디바이스 프록시 및 디지털 홈 서비스를 위한 표준화된 응용프로그램 인터페이스를 가지는 새로운 서비스 프레임워크의 필요성을 지적하고 현존하는 서비스 프레임워크의 문제점을 개선하는 방향을 제시한다.
Abstract
Nowadays, deployment of digital home service such as home automation service, home theater service, and internet service has been realized in digital home environment composed with digital devices and home network. There are many problems such as absence of a standardized interoperable model between middlewares, common service developing environment, and a digital home service managing model in current elementary technologies and service frameworks for constructing digital home. In order to overcome these problems, we introduce requirements and improvement issues about new service framework that has device common bridge that has device to device translation function, manager modules for configuring home network, standardized virtual device proxies that describe functionalities about device, application programming interface for digital home service.
