휴대전화 사용자수가 3,800만명을 넘어, 이미 우리나라 인구의 80%이상이 휴대전화를 지니고 있는 셈이며, 휴대전화는 개인의 일상생활에서 없어서는 안 될 필수품으로 확고한 자리를 잡았다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 따라 휴대전화를 다양한 지불수단으로 활용하는 다양한 기술이 개발되고 출시되었으나, 휴대폰 소액결제 서비스를 제외한 대부분의 지불수단들이 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 mCommerce 결제서비스의 대표적인 성공모델인 휴대폰 소액결제 서비스와, 이미 우리의 일상생활에 자리잡은 바코드를 활용하여 인터넷에서 안전하고 편리하게 사용이 가능한 결제서비스 구현기술을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
The number of mobile phone subscriber in Korea exceeds 38 million and the penetration rate is over 80%. A mobile phone has become a necessity in daily life. Even though variety of technologies for mobile phone payment had been introduced in the market, only the mobile phone micro payment service was successful. This thesis presents a convenient and secured payment service technology utilizing the mobile phone micro payment service, which is a widely accepted and used mCommerce payment tool, and the bar-code technology, which positions in our daily life.
