자기효능감 증진 부모교육 프로그램 개발과 효과에 관한 연구

본 연구는 개발된 부모교육 프로그램이(SEPT) 부모-자녀 관계 개선 부모교육 프로그램으로서 프로그램 실시 후 부모의 자기효능감, 부모효능감, 의사소통, 갈등에 효과가 있는지를 검증하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 부모의 자기효능감을 증진시키기 위하여 본 부모교육 프로그램의 내용을 상담기법, 자기효능감 이론, 의사소통 기법 및 갈등 해결 기법 등으로 구성하였고 강의 위주의 교육방법보다는 강의내용을 실습할 수 있는 구조화된 활동 프로그램과 역할극 등을 활용하여 부모가 직접 프로그램에 참여하는 교육방법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과를 보면 부모의 자기효능감, 부모효능감, 의사소통 향상, 갈등 해결에 본 부모교육 프로그램이 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This parent's education program was devised to improve the relationship between parents and their adolescents. It was administered to mother to examine the effectiveness of this program in several aspects: mother's self-efficacy and sense of parenting competence, communication and conflicts with their adolescents. The results were as follows in all following aspects, the control group for comparison showed little differences in assessment scores between at the pre-treatment and at the post-treatment. The post-treatment assessments of the experimental group showed that the level of self-efficacy was significantly higher than the level in the pre-treatment assessments. The efficacy of parent's role estimated in the post-treatment assessments for the experimental group was much higher than the efficacy in the pre-treatment assessments. The experimental group maintained family communication open to a better extent at the post-treatment assessments than at the pre-treatment assessments. The parent's education program seem to relieve the conflicts between parents and their adolescents. In conclusion, we proved that the parent's education program was effective for improving mother's self-efficacy and sense of parenting competence, communication and conflicts with their adolescents. The program also enhanced resulting in better relationship between them.
