교육복지우선지원사업 대상학교 초등학생의 가족건강성, 자기효능감, 사회적 지지, 희망 및 심리적 안녕감 간의 구조적 관계분석

본 연구의 목적은 교육복지우선지원사업 대상학교 초등학생의 가족건강성, 자기효능감, 사회적 지지, 희망 및 심리적 안녕감 간의 구조적인 인과관계와 직․간접효과를 규명하 는 것이다. 이를 위해 부산광역시교육청의 각 교육지원청(남부, 동래, 북부, 서부, 해운 대) 산하, 2개교씩 총 10개의 교육복지우선지원사업 대상학교에서 가족건강성, 자기효능 감, 사회적 지지, 희망 및 심리적 안녕감 검사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 925명의 자 료가 분석에 포함되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 24.0과 AMOS Ver. 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 구조방정식모델 절차에 따라 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과와 논의를 통해 얻어 진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족건강성은 자기효능감, 사회적 지지, 심리적 안녕감에 직접효과가 있다. 그러나 희망에는 직접효과가 없다. 둘째, 희망은 심리적 안녕감에 직 접효과가 있다. 그러나 자기효능감과 사회적 지지는 심리적 안녕감에 직접효과가 없다. 셋째, 가족건강성은 자기효능감, 사회적 지지, 희망을 매개로 심리적 안녕감에 간접적인 효과가 있다. 넷째, 가족건강성, 자기효능감, 사회적 지지, 희망 및 심리적 안녕감의 구 조적 관계는 성별에 따라 다르다. 결론적으로 교육복지우선지원사업 대상학교 초등학생 의 심리적 안녕감의 보호요인으로 가족건강성과 사회적 지지와 같은 환경적 요인의 중 요성 외에도 자기효능감과 희망과 같은 개인적 요인도 함께 다뤄야 하는 중요한 변인임을 시사한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship, direct effect and indirect effect of family strength, self-efficacy, social support, hope and psychological well-being of elementary school students of education welfare priority support program. For the purpose of this study, 925 students were selected from 5 education offices and ten subsidiary offices in Busan for the survey about family strength, self-efficacy, social support, hope, and psychological well-being. Conclusions from the results and discussion are as follows. First, family strength affects self-efficacy, social support and psychological well-being directly, but it does not affect hope. Second, hope affects psychological well-being directly, but social support and self-efficacy do not affect psychological well-being directly. Third, family strength affects psychological well-being indirectly through self-efficacy, social support, and hope. Fourth, structural relationship among family strength, self-efficacy, hope and psychological well-being are different between genders. In conclusion, it is indicative that as protective factors of psychological well-being for elementary school students at related schools in accordance with educational welfare priority support policy not only environmental factors such as family strength and social support but also personal factors such as self-efficacy and hope are important factors which has to be dealt together with.
