현행 퇴직연금제도의 문제점 및 개선방안

Abstract
Retirement Pension System has been made 2005. 12. for the comfortable life during Laborer's declining years. According to the system the employer shall deposit the fund for the retirement pension to the financial institution instead of reserving in the company. Until 2012, it is estimated that the scale of retirement pension market shall be over 13 trillion Korean won. So it is feared that overheating and unfair trading in retirement pension market bring about the insolvency of financial system of the State. For the maintenance of the stability of retirement pension market and financial system, there needs to make, for example, limitation on market share or prohibit trading between subsidiaries or affiliates.
