본 논문에서는 무선LAN 및 ISM대역을 포함하는 5[GHz] 대역 슬롯 패치 어레이 안테나에 대해서 연구하였다. 제안된 안테나는 피딩 되어지는 파형이 mircostrip type 구조의 divider에 공급이 되어 지게 되면 처음 50:50으로 균등 분배 되어지고, 나머지는 비 균등 분배가 되어져서 안테나 아래에 있 는 슬롯을 통해 patch 로 공급되는 형태의 배열 안테나 구조로 전자 회로 해석과 집적화 된 설계 환 경으로 우수한 고주파 설계가 가능한 AD/NEXXIM 소프트웨어를 통해 설계하고 방사특성을 해석하였 다.
Abstract
In this paper, we are designed slot patch array antenna of 5[GHz] bandwidth for the wireless LAN and the ISM. we are proposed structure that antenna is feeding microstrip type of the waveform of the divider being supplied to be equal distributed the first time is 50:50, the rest is to be non-uniformly distributed, through a slot below the patch antenna is supplied to the antenna array structure in the form of an electronic circuit analysis and high-frequency design, intergration design environment as possible AD/NEXXIM through software design and radiation characteristics were analysis.
