본 연구에서는 한의 건강 관리를 위한 모바일앱을 설계하고 구현하였다. 지금까지 개인 건강 관리를 위한 많은 웨어러블 기기와 모바일앱이 출시되었지만, 한의 지식에 기반한 사용자 건강 관리 모바일 앱은 거의 없다. 본 연구에서 구축한 모바일앱은 건강 검진, 사상 체질 검사, 라이프 로그 기록, 한의 지식 검색 등의 기능을 제공한다. 현재 모바일앱은 한방 건강 검진 센터에서 수행되는 건강 검진 설문을 입력하고 검진 결과를 확인하는데 이용되고 있다. 사용자들은 모바일앱에서 체형과 설문 입력으로 사상 체질 검사를 해 볼 수 있으며, 일반적인 웨어러블 기기와 같이 일별, 주별, 월별 활동량과 수면 정보를 기록하고 관리할 수 있다. 또한, 체질별, 질병별 한의 지식 정보를 제공하여 개인 건강 관리에 도움을 주고 있다. 향후에는 모바일앱의 기능을 추가 및 개선할 계획이다. 한의 PHR 시스템과 연계하여 한의 지식에 기반한 개인 건강 기록 기능을 보완할 예정이며, 병원의 EMR이나 차트와 연동하여 일상 개인 기록과 병원 임상 정보를 연계함으로써 의료질 향상을 개선할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study aims to design and implement a mobile app for health management in Korean medicine. So far, many wearable devices and mobile apps for personal health care have been released. However, there are few mobile apps that manage users’ health based on the knowledge of Korean medicine. Our mobile app in this paper provides the functions such as medical checkup, sasang constitution test, life log record, and Korean medicine knowledge search. Currently, it is being used to input health checkup questionnaires conducted at the Korean medicine medical checkup centers and receive the results. Users also can perform a simplified sasang constitution test with body and questionnaire information in the mobile app. Like general wearable devices, it records and manages daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sleep information. In addition, it helps personal health by allowing users to search for the knowledge of Korean medicine by constitutions and diseases. In the future, we plan to conduct research on adding and improving functions of our mobile app. By linking with the Korean medicine PHR system, it is planned to supplement the personal health record function based on the Korean medicine. In particular, it will be possible to improve the quality of medical care by using daily personal health information with hospital clinical information through linking with hospital electronic medical records or charts.
