예비치과위생사의 불안, 사회심리적 스트레스와 COVID-19 예방 실천에 관한 분석 연구

초록

예비치과위생사의 코로나19 사태에 따른 불안, 사회심리적 스트레스, 감염예방 실천과의 관련성을 파악하고자 시도하였다. 대전광역시, 충청도에 소재한 치위생(학)과 학생을 대상으로 2021년 3월 2일부터 31일까지 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료는 SPSS WIN(ver 19.0)프로그램을 이용하였고, t-검정, 카이 제곱검정, Pearson 상관관계, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 학교, 전공, 실습에 대한 만족도가 「높은 군」이 불안에 대한 수준이 모두 낮게 나타났고, 사회심리적 스트레스에서 건강군이 많았으며, 코로나19 예방 지식도, 코로나19 예방 실천도가 모두 높게 나타났다. 만족도(학교, 전공, 실습)별 불안, 사회심리적 스트레스는 모두 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였으며, 만족도(학교, 전공, 실습)별 코로나19 예방에 대한 지식도 및 실천도는 모두 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 예방 실천도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 기질불안과 상태불안, 사회심리적 스트레스, 코로나19 예방 지식도로 나타났고, 설명력은 47.9%이었다. 따라서 예비치과위생사에게 전염병관련 공중보건에 대한 체계화된 교육 및 감염병 현황에 대한 이해와 구강보건현장에서 심리적 지지제공자의 역할도 병행할 수 있는 정서 중심 대처의 감염관리 교육 프로그램 개발 및 제공이 필요하다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between anxiety, psychological stress, and infection prevention practice according to COVID-19 of pre-dental hygienists. Self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted from March 2 to 31, 2021 for dental hygiene students in Daejeon and Chungcheong provinces. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN(ver 19.0) program, and t-test, chi-square test, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were conducted. The satisfaction level of school, major, and practice was low in the level of anxiety in the high group, and the health group was high in the psychological stress, and the prevention knowledge of the COVID-19 and the prevention practice of the COVID-19 were high. The anxiety and psychological stress by satisfaction(school, major, and practice) were all negatively correlated, and the knowledge and practice of prevention of COVID-19 by satisfaction(school, major, practice) were all positively correlated. Factors affecting preventive practice were trait anxiety, state anxiety, psychological stress, and COVID-19 preventive knowledge, and explanation power was 47.9%. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and provide an education program for infection control of emotional-centered coping that can provide systematic education on public health related to infectious diseases and understanding of the current status of infectious diseases to pre-dental hygienists and the role of psychological support providers in oral health field.
