초록

창의성 교육에 있어서 교사의 창의성은 매우 중요한 변인으로 여겨진다. 교사 창의성에 관한 기존 연구들은 대부분 교사의 창의적인 능력 그 자체보다는 창의적 수업에 대한 교사의 태도나 인식, 창의성의 개념에 대한 교사의 이해 여부가 학생의 창의성에 미치는 영향에 관해 분석하는데 그치고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 교사의 창의적인 능력 자체와 관련된 변인을 탐색하기위한 기초 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 현직 교사 집단과 비교집단(교직과정 이수자 및 일반 대학생)으로 분류한 총 94명을 연구대상으로 하여 TCT-DP를 실시하고, 선행연구 분석을 통해 창의성과 관련된 변인으로 추정되는 연령, 성별, 학업성취(학부 성적), 교직경력, 담당 교과목(전공) 등에 관한 자료를 수집하여 교사 집단과 비교집단의 창의성 및 관련 변인에 따른 창의성의 차이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 교사집단의 창의성은 비교집단의 창의성보다 의미 있게 낮았으며, 교사집단과 비교집단의 창의성은 모두 담당 교과목(전공)의 차이에 따른 창의성의 차이가 없었다. 그러나 교사집단의 창의성이 연령, 성별, 학부성적, 교직경력의 차이에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타남으로써 비교집단과는 다른 양상을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과는 교사집단의 창의성 관련변인들은 다른 집단의 창의성과는 다른 양상을 가지므로 학생들의 창의성 교육을 위해 교사를 대상으로 이루어지고 있는 현행 창의성 연수 프로그램을 위한 새로운 방향을 제시하고 있다는 측면에서 의의가 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the associate variables with teachers' creativity. Subjects were 94(30 teachers, 31 teachership course students, 33 undergraduate students) in undergraduate & graduate school, H university. The instruments employed here were TCT-DP. The collected data were analyzed by using t-test and F-test. The major results of this study were as follows; First, creativity scores of teacher group were lower than other groups' creativity scores. Second, teachers' creativity was shown a significant difference between their high and low group of age, grade, teaching careers, and between groups of males and females. Therefore, the meaning of this study are to suggest of the new directions in training program for teachers' creativity.
