약물 순응도를 높이기 위한 정신역동치료적 접근

약물치료와 정신치료 사이는 상호협조로부터 전면적인 거부에 이르기까지 아주 다양한 관계를 가지고 있다. 약물치료를 위해서는 환자의 순응이 중요하며 이는 환자와 치료자와의 치료적 관계에서 이루어진다. 이를 위해 약물치료-정신치료 상호작용의 의미, 순응 결정요인, 순응을 감소시키는 요인, 순응을 증가시키는 요인을 알아보았다.
Abstract
Psychotherapy and medication can share a variety of relationship from mutual cooperation, to uneasy truce to all-out war. Adherence that is based on psychotherapeutic relationship with patient and therapist is very important factor for medication. This paper was reviewed the meaning of interaction of pharmacotherapy-psychotherapy, the determinant factor of adherence, the factors for increasing and decreasing adherence.
