Abstract

To aware art is not a profession but an essential element in worthy life for a man is musical culture for everyday life for which people is enjoying a positive action to take their time, effort, and expense with separation of career for living. The article research on cultivation and social ability of Utagoe movement and Ro-on movement in Japan as a musical movement case of musical culture for everyday life. The further discussion include that people will consider music as an important part of life so they active to enjoy music someday in our society like a Japan.In advance, a prospective vision is prepared for the time when that change is coming in our culture. Newly concern about lifelong education will be arise sooner or later in our society. The problem of changing the social circumstance in activation of lifelong education will be determine how to made educational contents for musical culture for everyday life as a link in cultural education or lifelong education and train the specialist for its education.
