Currently in Korea, diverse policies based on cultivating creative talents are being implemented by the country, and interests in musical talents are growing higher than ever. With the art education policy and establishment of educational institutes that will be expanded by 2012, it is believed that talents with potential will achieve self-realization and serve as the foundation of the national development. The scope of this study is proposing the process of education that is linked to the fundamental frame of violin talent education, which aims at holistic musicians. By conducting a comparative study of El Sistema and Suzuki Method that were successful cases of violin talent education, this study attempted to integrated that with Korean musical talent education. Third, the network system among musical talent institutions should take place, and orchestra classes should be combined. By inducing exchanges among diverse talent education institutions, educational diversity can be acquired through information exchange, and a high level of educational goals can be achieved. Fourth, due to a lack of the educational system for professional teachers, issues such as educational methods and qualifications teachers are being neglected. Institutional support for the musical talent education is expanding, but education for professional teachers is nonexistent. It is believed that systems for teachers should be expanded in a future. El Sistema and Suzuki methods were successful because there were changes of conception that fit each country's educational environment. It is hoped that Korea can systematize educational methods that fit the environment and form the environment where violin talents can learn efficiently
