본 증례는 2회의 임신 전 기간 동안 olanzapine을 사 용하고 이후 아동이 36개월과 14개월 나이 시점에 발 달 상태를 관찰한 증례에 대한 보고이다. 이 경우처럼 미리 계획된 임신을 하고 주기적인 산전 진찰과 정신 과적 치료를 병행한다면 항정신병약물을 투여 받는 여 성 환자에서 임신과 육아가 비교적 안정적으로 이뤄질 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
Abstract
Olanzapine is a well known effective atypical antipsychotic to treat schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder. There were many case reports about use of olanzapine during pregnancy, but was no report about use of olanzapine during entire period of two times pregnancy. The author presents the case of a patient with schizoaffective disorder with olanzapine during entire period of two times pregnancy. The patient delivered two normal female children, and they are growing well and showed normal developmental milestone at 36 months and 14 months old. This case report is helpful to know about the use of olanzapine during pregnancy.
