한운사의 ‘아로운(阿魯雲) 3부작’ 연구 - 이데올로기적 중층성을 중심으로

Abstract

This paper has an intention to explain the ideological narrative strategy of the trilogy of Ah Ro-woon written by Han Woon-sa. The trilogy is basically ideology-oriented because its main narration is mostly on the ground of nationalism. However it is so doubtful that the trilogy firmly maintain the ideology which the governing group of those days demanded. There can be found several clues concerning that doubt such as many complex relations among the characters, and the aspect of Ah Ro-woon who freed himself from national compulsion. A Nation is merely a subjective category that has been slowly made by people inside and outside a certain group. Ah Ro-woon's national consciousness is also moving around within such an invented illusion. It is the reason why we can't interpret his last selection in the end of the narration as a concrete behavior.
