상주 양진당의 상량문에서 나타난 조영의식

Abstract

It is Yangjindang(養眞堂) that Cho Chung(黔澗 趙靖) built as his own house nearby Nakdong river. This house represents distinctive shape - mixed format of south and north area, unique moving system and projecting girder and so on. So in 1980, with estimating cultural value it began the deconstruction-restoration of Yangjindang. In the process, the Mukseomyung(墨書銘) and the Sangyangmun in girder was discovered. This report searched for the construction spirit by the YangjindangjungchimjungsuSangyangmun(養眞堂正寢重修上樑文) in method of humane study. This Sangyangmun included a lot of different points as their unique architectural characteristics. First of all, in the process of reconstruction, it had the thought of Close-to-Nature from recycling the girder of first construction. And this house was multi-purpose space - library, ceremony and study - for Cho's kinsfolk. In the construction process, the working sequence was built as the order of Sadang(祠堂)-Jungchim(正寢)-other building. Finally, Sangyangmun prayed for preservation of this historic house for good. It is an achievement of this study that the one which I studied the construction spirit from Sangyangmun as humanities data.
