복합 페로브스카이트 (Na1/2Pr1/2)TiO3 (NPT)의 미세구조를 X-ray diffractometry와 투과전자 현미경으로 관찰하였다. NPT는 A-site 양이온에 의한 1:1 chemical ordering을 갖고 있지 않으며 산소 팔면체의 antiphase tilting과 inphase tilting 그리고 A-site 양이온의 anti-parallel shift가 관찰 되었다. 2차상도 관찰되었으나, 이를 확인하지 못하였다. 측정된 NPT 재료의 유전체 특성은 ε_r
Abstract
Microstructural investigations of (Na1/2Pr1/2)TiO3 (NPT) complex perovskite compounds were carried out using X-ray diffractometry and transmission electron microscopy. NPT had not 1:1 chemical ordering of A-site cations but had the antiphase and inphase tilting of oxygen octahedron and the antiparallel shift of cations. Both the antiphase boundaries and the ferroelastic domains were not present in the microstructure. Unidentified second phase was found in the microstructure.
