DACUM법을 이용한 숲태교 산림치유지도사의 직무분석 및 교육과정 개발

연구의 목적은 DACUM법을 적용하여 숲태교 담당 산림치유지도사의 직무를 분석하고 교육과정을 개발하는 것이다. 연구 과정을 통해 숲태교를 담당하는 산림치유지도사의 직무를 정의하였고 4개 직무(숲태교 대상자 이해, 숲태교 전문성 함양, 숲태교 프로그램 운영, 자기계발)와 12개의 작업을 추출하여 모형으로 구조화 하였다. 숲태교를 진행해 본 경험이 있는 산림치유지도사 12인으로 DACUM 위원회를 구성하여 각 작업의 중요도, 난이도, 수행빈도를 밝혔다. 수행빈도가 가장 높은 직무인 ‘숲태교 실행 및 평가’는 중요도와 난이도도 가장 높게 나타났다. 이를 통해 숲태교 담당 산림치유지도사들이 가장 중요하게 생각하는 직무에 숙달되지 않았음을 확인할 수 있었다. 도출된 직무분석 결과를 토대로 이론 12시간, 실습 4시간의 총 3개 교과목(숲태교의 이해, 임신과 태아의 이해, 숲태교의 실제)의 10개 강좌로 구성된 교육과정을 개발하였다. 이에 대해 실무자 10인을 대상으로 내용타당도 검정을 실시하였으며, 전체 내용타당도가 0.8로 나타나 타당한 과정으로 평가되었다. 숲태교 담당 산림치유지도사의 직무에 대한 심도있는 고찰을 바탕으로 작성된 본 교육과정은, 숲태교 담당 산림치유지도사가 숲태교 프로그램을 전문적으로 진행하기 위한 심화 교육과정으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the duties of Forest healing guidance officers in charge of Forest Taegyo by applying the DACUM and develop the curriculum. Through the research process, we defined the duties of Forest healing guidance officers in charge of Forest Taegyo and structured them into models by extracting four tasks (Understanding a person to be serviced Forest Taegyo, Fostering professionalism about Forest Taegyo, Running Forest Taegyo programs, Self-development) and 12 tasks. The DACUM Committee was formed as a working-level staff of 12 Forest healing guidance officers in charge of Forest Taegyo to reveal the importance, difficulty and frequency of each task. Forest healing guidance officers in charge of Forest Taegyo considered the most important task is a real thing to do on the ground, but they were able to confirm that they were feeling the pinch as they had not yet mastered those tasks. Based on this, a 10-course curriculum consisting of a total of 3 courses (The understanding of Forest Taegyo, The understanding of pregnancy and fetus, and The practice of Forest Taegyo) was developed for 12 hours in theory and 4 hours in practice. The content feasibility test was conducted among 10 working-level employees, and the overall content feasibility level was 0.8, which was evaluated as a reasonable process. Therefore, it is believed that the curriculum prepared based on an in-depth examination of the duties of Forest healing guidance officers in charge of Forest Taegyo can be used as a deep education course for Forest healing guidance officers for professional implementation of Forest Taegyo program.
