Abstract

Thus this study identifies the problems that newly integrated cadastral surveying fee may have in the future and compares it with general surveying system, and based on those findings provides realistic and reasonable methods for improving the cadastral surveying fee system. Based on the survey result, the study provides recommendations on the adjustment of standard quantity per unit in cadastral surveying, adjustment of public fees, labor cost, and fee system unification. And finally, the study suggests more works are needed to review the fundamental factors in computing cadastral surveying fess and general surveying fees, and to examine on related laws. Further, the study proposes that experiments for computing surveying fees should be done to ensure validity of system change and more stable operation.
