서울시 녹화데이터를 활용한 대기오염물질 제거량 분석

서울시의 급격한 도시화로 인한 녹지지역의 감소는 대기오염을 비롯하여 다양한 환경 문제를 발생시키고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 서울시는 대기오염 관리를 위한 시행계획을 수립하였지만, 대기오염물질 배출량 삭감에 관한 계획만 수립되어 있어 지속가능한 대기오염 관리에 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울시의 지속가능한 대기오염 관리를 위한 도심 녹화의 중요성을 제시하고자 하였다. 특히 도심 녹화에 따른 대기오염물질 제거량을 분석하기 위해서 일필지정보를 이용하였다. 일필지정보의 지번, 지목, 면적정보는 서울시 대기오염물질의 현재 제거량과 미래 제거량을 분석하는데 사용되었다. 그리고 미래 대기오염물질 제거량을 이용하여 서울시 시행계획의 연도별 목표 삭감량에 서울시 녹화가 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 대기오염 관리에서의 도심녹화의 중요성을 제시하면서 일필지정보의 환경 분석 적용 및 활용 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
Rapid urbanization in Seoul causes many environmental problems with reducing green areas. Although Seoul Metropolitan Government made the environmental policy for air pollutants removal, their strategies focus on reducing emission of pollutants. Thus, this study suggests the importance of greening the city for sustainable air pollution control. Parcel information of cadastre that were lot numbers, land categories, and areas were used to analyze air pollutants removal of present status, and future perspectives. The result from estimating air pollutants removal were applied to strategies of the Government. This study suggests the importance of parcel information of cadastre for environmental analyses.
