지금까지 형식적으로 추진되던 도시계획 기초조사가 2019년 관계 법령의 개정에 따라 데이터 기반의 계획을 지원 하도록 하고 있다. 하지만 개정된 기초조사항목은 여전히 현황과 과거자료만을 활용하도록 되어 있으며, 분석과 활용에 있어서도 미래를 예측하고 현재의 현황을 고려하여 계획수립을 한다는 측면에서 단순한 분석과 기존 활용테두리에서 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 도시계획기초조사에 대해 디지털 트윈기반의 도시계획기초조사정보 구축을 통해 계획수립에 있어 현재의 기초조사항목에 있어서 현실여건을 반영한 기초조사항목을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 활용에 있어서도 보다 다양한 분야에 디지털 트윈기반의 상시적인 검토기반 마련하여 다양한 예측과 분석결과를 계획에 반영하고 그 결과에 대해 환류를 거쳐 상시적으로 활용 가능한 기초조사정보의 구축을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
The Basic Survey of Urban Planning is intended to support data base planning for the basic urban planning survey, which was formally implemented in accordance with the revision of the law in 2019. However, the revised basic survey items are still required to utilize only the current and past data. In the analysis and application, they do not deviate from the simple analysis and the existing use frame in that they plan to predict the future and take into consideration the current situation. Therefore, we will present basic research items that reflect the actual condition of the current basic research items in planning through the construction of basic information on urban planning based on the digital twin. In addition, we will provide a basis for constant review based on digital twin in diverse fields to feedback various forecasting and analysis results to plan, and to suggest basic survey information that can be utilized at all times after returning to the result.
