항공운송산업의 글로벌 네트워크 진화과정에 대한 탐색적 연구

Abstract

There are some differences between the evolutionary processes of the global networks throughout the case study. To exam these differences, we investigated critical events from each global network's variation, the origin of their birth, search treated as a part of network expansion strategies and selection in airline business the activity of the global networks is recently prevailing. We found out that variations of four networks are somewhat similar, but the processes of search are quitely different due to heterogeneity of expansion strategy. And our study showed that variation of first mover network is equal to late mover on account of the latter's imitation and they experienced unlike searching paths for the same reason described above. On the other hand, existing and failed network didn't meet each other in both processes of variation and search.These results help us to enlarge the level of analysis for the evolutionary perspectives of the firm to the network and also give us the implication toward planning strategy from a point of network view.
