본 연구에서는 재난 대피경로 분석에 이용하기 위한 공간정보를 다루면서 발생한 문제점들과 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 방법을 분석하였다. 국가에서 제공하는 데이터인 ‘국가 공간정보 포탈’에서 공간정보를 획득하였고 이 중 대피경로 분석에 중요한 데이터인 수치 지도의 도로중심선을 중심으로 분석 및 검토를 진행하였다. 이 과정에서 발생한 국가데이터 활용의 어려움에 대하여 고찰하고 이를 개선하기 위한 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 이 연구를 바탕으로 개선된 공간정보 데이터는 향후 재난 안전사업과 국가 공공사업 분야에 광범위하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
In this study, various problems arising from dealing with spatial information for use in the disaster safety network analysis and various methods to supplement them were considered. In order to utilize the data provided by the nation, various spatial information was obtained by accessing the National Spatial Information Portal, and among them, numerical maps were acquired and analyzed to examine the possibility of utilization, and data was used based on this. The inappropriateness of using the national data that occurred in this process was considered, and a plan to use it after improvement and update was studied. Based on this study, it is expected that improved spartial information data will be widely used not only in disaster safety projects but also in the field of national public works in the future.
