Abstract

In this study, in order to solve the problem of double boundaries of administrative districts in forest areas, the administrative district boundaries as real boundaries were extracted and confirmed in the study area using drone LiDAR technology. In addition, an accuracy analysis was conducted to evaluate the usability of administrative district boundaries based on drone LiDAR data. The results showed that the 10-point inspection point for verifying the accuracy of drone lidar data satisfies the tolerance range of error under current law. After combining the forest map and cadastral map of the study area, we analyzed whether the administrative district boundaries of the two cities and counties adjacent to the administrative district boundaries created from drone lidar data matched. It was analyzed that the boundaries on the forest map in the Cheongdo-gun area matched better. As a result of comparing and analyzing the administrative district boundaries created based on drone LiDAR data and the coordinates of administrative boundary points on the forest map, it was determined that there was sufficient possibility of creating administrative boundaries in forest areas and creating realistic boundaries of administrative districts using drone LiDAR data.
