신뢰사회 형성을 위한 ‘공유가치창출’(CSV)의 기여가능성 -지역 학습공동체(Local Learning Community)를 중심으로

본 논문은 심화되는 고령화사회가 유발하는 사회적 신뢰의 저하를 극복하기 위해 지역 공동체를 위한 교육 프로그램 즉 ‘학습공동체’가 ‘공유가치창출’을 통해 기여할 수 있음을 밝히고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선 지역의 학습공동체가 형성에 도움을 주는 사회적 자본과 그것의 결과와 요소로서의 신뢰에 관해 살펴보고자 한다. 이러한 논의를 위해 교육과 교육 프로그램이 갖는 신뢰사회와 사회 자본에 대한 신학윤리적 관련성에 관해 간략히 살펴볼 것이다. 또한 지역 학습공동체가 필요하고 그것이 실행되는 이유와 근거일 뿐 아니라 이러한 주제를 더욱 발전적 으로 이끌 수 있는 ‘공유가치창출’(CSV)개념에 관해 언급하고 어떻게 적용될 수 있는지 검토할 것이다. 지역을 기반으로 한 학습공동체는 ‘공유가치창출’의 가능 성뿐 아니라 형성자로서 그것의 효과적인 유발을 통해 지역의 공동체성을 회복하 고 신뢰사회로 만들어 가는데 기여할 것이다. 본 논문은 그러므로 지역 신앙공동 체로서 교회가 지역 학습공동체의 설립과 운영을 위한 적절한 주체로서 중요한 역할과 기능을 할 수 있다는 점을 밝히고자 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to examine how local learning community can help to elevate the low-level of trust in our society attributed to deepening population ageing by selectively applying the concept of creating shared value(CSV). To begin with, this research discusses the nature and character of trust and social capital that local learning community is thought to help in the formation of. Middle aged and elderly people, who place the community before any personal matters, engage in active ageing and participate in the community activities in order to increase levels of social trust. Their being active members of the community can be realized by nurturing inner development and mature citizenship in qualified educational programs of local learning community. This point leads us to engage in an important discussion of theological ethical relevance of high trust society and social capital. In connection with this, we will look into the concept of creating shared value(CSV) and how it can be properly applied in our discussion. This study will reveal that local learning community to form and realize CSV can make an important contribution to restoring communityness and elevate the level of trust in the whole community including the local churches. Lastly, this paper will advance the idea that local churches can be regarded as appropriate institutions to create and run local learning community.
