중국 농촌 금융발전의 낙후는 이미 농촌 경제발전의 장애가 되었다. 최근 중국 정부가 농촌금융포용의 발전을 매우 중시하고, 중앙·지방의 법률법규와 정책문건을 지속적으로 발표하면서 다양한 기구들이 잇달아 설립되었지만, 그 효과는 만족스럽지 않았다. 농촌금융포용서비스의 대상 중, 중·저소득층과 빈곤층 농민들은 금융서비스를 가장 받기 어려운 집단이다. 각종 금융소외 요소의 영향을 받는 중국 농촌지역의 금융서비스에 대한 요구는 효과적인 만족을 얻지 못하고 있다. 본문은 중국의 농촌금융소외 현황을 분석함으로써, 농촌금융포용체계 건설의 노선에 대한 몇 가지 건의를 제안한다.
Abstract
There are vast rural areas in China. Rural financial development lag has become the bottleneck that impedes rural economic improvement. State government attach great importance on rural financial development-related laws, regulations and policies are successively issued by central and local governments; various suppliers are established in succession. However, few achievements have been attained. The low-and-middle income households and poor peasants are the hardest ones to receive rural financial service. Affected by various exclusive financial factors, rural financial service cannot effectively meet the demands. By analyzing current situation of state's rural exclusive finance, this essay provides several proposal on rural inclusive finance construction.
