이 연구에서는 한 개인의 생애 전체를 관통하여 자아정체성 성장 과정에서의 가치지향의 일을 발견하고, 그 가치지향의 일과 현실의 일에 대한 관계를 조명하면서, 생애 전환점에서 전략적 학습을 통하여 새로운 삶을 구상하는 과정을 탐색하였다. 연구자 자신이 경력개발의 전문가이자 새로운 경력을 구상하는 당사자가 되어 실제로 산 삶의 이야기를 통해 자신의 생애 작은 이야기를 구성하고, 그 이야기를 해체하여 경험하고 성찰하여 경력스토리를 만들고, 경력 닻을 기반으로 새로운 삶의 방향을 구상하는 과정이었다. 이는 자신을 이해하고 일의 환경을 이해하고 자신과 일의 환경을 일치시켜 가치지향의 일을 실현시키기 위한 과정이었으며, 이를 위해 자신의 발달상태를 평가하고 미래의 과제에 적응할 수 있도록 자신을 수정하고 이에 필요한 태도와 역량을 개발하는 건설적인 작업이었다. 결론적으로는 미래의 경력은 생애주기와 함께하는 일련의 경력을 예정하는 게 아니라 하나의 삶에 여럿의 경력 과정이 존재한다는 걸 보여주면서, 행복하고 의미 있는 삶으로 가치지향의 일과 함께하는 경력 과정의 구성을 제시하였다. 그리고 전환점에서의 비판적 성찰과 담론과정이 미래의 경력 방향을 안내하기도 하지만 확신을 통한 전환의 행동을 취하는 주요한 학습 과정이라는 걸 입증하기도 하였다.
Abstract
This study explored the process of discovering value-oriented work in the process of self-identity growth, highlighting the relationship between value-oriented work and real work, and conceiving a new life through strategic learning at a life turning point. The researcher himself became an expert in career development and a person who envisioned a new career, constructed a small story of his life through the story of his life, dismantled, experienced, and reflected on it, and conceived a new direction of life based on career anchors. This was a process to realize value-oriented work by understanding oneself, understanding the environment of work, and matching oneself with the environment of work, and to this end, it was a constructive work to evaluate one's development status and develop attitudes and capabilities. In conclusion, future careers do not schedule a series of careers with the life cycle, but show that there are several career processes in one life, suggesting the composition of a career process with value-oriented work as a happy and meaningful life. In addition, the critical reflection and discourse process at the turning point guided the future career direction, but it also proved that it is a major learning process that takes the action of transition through conviction.
