불안한 아동의 불안감소와 애착증진을 위한미술치료 사례연구 - Winnicott의 촉진적 환경을 중심으로 -

초록

본 연구는 Winnicott(1971/1997)의 촉진적 환경을 적용한 미술치료가 아동의 불안 감소와 애착에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 만 12세 초등학교 5학년 여아로 초기 모와의 안정애착을 경험하지 못해 높은 불안과 모-자녀 및 또래 관계 문제를 보이는 아동이었다. 연구의 진행은 2013년 6월부터 2014년 7월에 걸쳐 주 1회 60분씩 총 40회 진행되었다. 연구도구로는 부모 및 또래 애착 척도(IPPA), 아동용 불안척도(BAI), 집-나무-사람(HTP) 그림검사와 동적가족화(KFD)그림검사를 실시하였고 질적 분석으로는 각 회기의 모든활동과 행동 변화를 치료자가 관찰하고 기록하고 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 촉진적 환경을 적용한 미술치료가 대상아동의 불안감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 촉진적 환경을적용한 미술치료가 대상아동의 부모애착증진에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 촉진적 환경을 적용한 미술치료가 대상아동의 또래애착 증진에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때, Winnicott의 촉진적환경을 적용한 미술치료가 아동의 불안을 감소시키고 모 애착과 또래 애착을 증진시키는데 긍정적인 효과적임을 입증하였다.

Abstract

This study investigated the effects of art therapy focusing on Winnicott's Faciliatating Environment to reduce anxiety and to improve the attachment of a child. The participant of this study was a 12-years-old girl in the 5th grade of elementary school with high anxiety and peer problems due to insecure attachment with her mother. A total of 40 weekly, one-hour art therapy sessions were given from June, 2013 to July, 2014. For analysis, the researchers used the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment(IPPA), the Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI), the HTP, the KFD. For qualitative analysis, all activities of each session were observed, recorded, and analyzed by the therapist. The results demonstrated that art therapy focusing on Winnicott's Faciliatating Environment is effective on reducing anxiety, improving maternal attachment and improving peer attachment. As a result of this study, art therapy focusing on Winnicott's Faciliatating Environment has a positive effect on reducing anxiety and improving mother and peer attachment.
