집단미술치료를 통한 편모가족의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of group art therapy on increasing Single mother families' well-being. This group art therapy program model was developed based on family system theory and art therapy theory.This program was consisted of 9 session with 10 single mother focused on self understanding through perception of multiple problems of single mother families, emotional sublimation toward ex-spouse, effective communication between mother and child, positive self-discovery and establishment of social relationships. Index of well-being were employed for this study.T-test was used to identify the difference between per and post test. The result showed that group art therapy was effected for increasing well-being.
