미술치료가 대인간 외상 경험 여성의 자기체계 손상, 우울과 대인관계 문제에 미치는 영향

초록

이 연구는 미술치료가 대인간 외상 경험 여성의 자기체계 손상, 우울과 대인관계 문제에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 33세 미혼여성이다. 연구기간은 2014년 4월 17일부터 2015년 9월 11일까지 1주 또는 2주 1회, 회기당 50분으로 총 62회기 실시하였다. 측정도구는 Jang(2010)이 개발한 외상화된 자기체계척도(Traumatic Self-System Scale: TSSS), Beck(1967)이 개발한 우울 척도를 Lee, Y. H.(1993)가 한국판으로 표준화한 도구(Beck Depression Inventory: BDI), 그리고 Horowitz 등(1988)이 개발하고 Alden, Wiggins와 Princus(1990)가 재구성한 척도를 Kim 등(2002)이 한국판으로 표준화한 대인관계 문제 검사(KIIP)를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 대인간 외상 경험 여성의 자기체계 손상, 우울 그리고 대인관계 문제의 각 척도에 대한 사전․사후․추후․추후관리 점수의 비교와 백분율을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술치료가 대인간 외상 경험 여성의 자기체계 손상에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 미술치료가 대인간 외상 경험 여성의 우울에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 미술치료가 대인간 외상 경험 여성의 대인관계 문제에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 미술치료가 대인간 외상 경험 여성의 자기체계 손상, 우울과 대인관계 문제에 영향이 있는 것을 알 수 있다.

Abstract

This study was intended to investigate the effect of art therapy on traumatized self-system, depression, and interpersonal problems of a woman with interpersonal trauma experience. The participant of this research was a single, 33-year-old woman. The art therapy program was conducted 62 times in total, from August 17th to September 11th, 2015 (once a week or every two weeks, 50 minutes a session). The measurement used the TSSS(Traumatic Self-System Scale) developed by Jin-yi Chang(2010); the K-BDI(Beck Depression Inventory, Korean version) created by Beck(1967) and standardized by Young-ho Lee(1993); and the KIIP(Korean inventory of interpersonal problems) developed by Horowits, et al(1988), restructured by Alden, Wiggins, and Princus(1990), and standardized by Younghwan Kim, et al(2002). The data analyses were used for the pre-test, post-test, follow-up test and follow-up management test, and percentage of TSSS, K-BDI, and KIIP. The results of this are as follows. First, art therapy had a positive effect on a woman with interpersonal trauma experience with traumatized self-system, Second, art therapy had a positive effect on a woman with interpersonal trauma experience with depression. Third, art therapy had a positive effect on a woman of interpersonal trauma experience with interpersonal problems. Therefore, it can be said that art therapy had a positive effect on a woman with interpersonal trauma experience with a traumatized self-system, depression, and interpersonal problems.
