Abstract
A new cultivar of Rosa hybridathe Gyeonggi-Do Agricultural Research and Extension Services in 1999. It was finally selected in 2003 after the investigation ofthe characteristics for three years (2001-2003). “Party Queen” was developed with a standard type for a cut flower.
