본 연구는 한국출판문화산업진흥원 출범 이후 출판계가 진흥원 사업에 대해 어떻게 인식하는지 점검하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 출판문화산업진흥정책과 진흥사업에 대한 출판계 종사자의 인식을 파악하고, 이를 통해 추후 정책에 반영하는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단하였다. 이를 위해 출판정책의 성과를 정책에 대한 인지도, 정책 추진 만족도, 정책 중요도의 차원에서 파악하였다. 또한, 사업추진 실적 및 사업추진에 대해 효율성, 효과성, 능률성의 차원에서 파악하였다. 그 결과, 출판사 종사자들은 출판정책이나 사업에 대해 인지도가 높지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 연구의 결과 및 제언을 통하여 출판정책에 대한 발전 방안에 대해 논의하였다.
Abstract
This study was to research the workers’ understanding on the the five-year plan of Government for the Publication Industry Promotion(2012-2016) and KPIPA: Publication Industry Promotion Agency of Korea(2012.7.~2014.12.)’s what they do in the Publishing Industry. For this purpose, I researched recognition on the publication policy, Satisfaction on the publishing policy, and Importance of the policy plan fulfillment. In result, workers in the publishing industry recognized that publication policy and KPIPA’s performance were not good enough at this point. Therefore, I evaluated the current publication policy and introduced the guideline for the vision for the publishing policy for the future. The limitations and suggestions for this study were discussed.
