Cefaclor is an oral second-generation board-spectrum cephalosporin. Allergic reaction of this may be caused by an immediate hypersensitivity mechanism correlated with the levels of specific IgE antibodies. There have been a fewreports of anaphylaxis to cefaclor. Abstract
Cefaclor is an oral second-generation board-spectrum cephalosporin.
